[插件]Start Bar to Bottom 将开始栏移至底部的插件

传统Windows Mobile Professional的界面，是“开始菜单和状态栏在顶部，左右快捷菜单栏在底部”，而Start Bar to Bottom这款小插件可以将开始菜单栏移至底部（另外还可以将左右快捷菜单移至顶部的模式），对于习惯开始按钮在底部的朋友应该很有用。

【感受】：对于触摸屏而言，ok的按钮在右上角，而这个是使用频率非常高的按钮，因此屏幕的右上角会有一个明显的痕迹。除了养成习惯常用ok按钮键之外，将开始按钮栏移至底部也是不错的方法，只不过习惯上需要一定的时间适应。如果要启用“开始菜单栏在底部，左右快捷栏在顶部”，需要创建一个快捷方式，然后在程序路径后面增加一个stt参数，例如：

    it is a good one for me to save effort from climbing all the way up to close an app.(when i try to control my P800 in one hand). few major improvements are expecting:
    1) dont mess up my SPB shell;
    2) dont make my START menu becomes unstable;
    3) less appetite to eat up my RAM.

    意义不是很大，之前装的QUICKMENU，touch task manager这些，还有音量控制那些小按钮，点选还是显示在头部。意义不大。
